"I started using Bionova products in late 2001. I started with the custom eye cream. Weeks after I started, my teenage daughter remarked, unprompted,thatitlooked as if the area around my eyes was tightening up. Remember,this was unprompted and a teenage girl to her mother. Face and neck cream were added to my regimen and I felt happy with the results. Over extended time, any facial dryness I had was eliminated. The need for moisturizer to start the day or to be added during the day was eliminated. Pleasing myself was most important but having others comment on the natural glow of my facial complexion was always good to hear. This face was born in 1947, by the way and has seen a lot of sun. In the past year, I've started using the Bionova cleanser, eye makeup remover and the cream activator as well as the facial mask. I had thought things couldn't really improve beyond where they were. After all, I wasn't getting younger each day. I was wrong. The cleanser definitely does a better job of cleaning than anything I've used. There are several specific points on my face that seem to have a larger pore or two and these pores accumulate dirt, despite best intentions. The mask/cleaner combination has lifted that dirt for the first time. The cream activator was the last item I've added and I'm amazed at what this does. Pores got even tighter, face smoother, skin brighter. My goals for my skin are for it to feel good to me, to appear as good as it can to others and to not resort to extreme surgical or chemical measures to achieve this. I would be lost without Bionova......"

"Hello, My skin condition has improved a lot and I would like to thank you!!! I would like to order more of Bionva products, but I just have couple more questions: 1) The Bio1 Act cream avticator- is this a day time lotion?? or I use it then apply my N1 face cream on top?? 2) On the instruction of my N1 eye cream says that after 2 weeks, use once a day, perferable @ nigh time. Should I apply any eye cream in the morning then?? 3) I would also like to get your face massage cream & neck treatment cream as well, but they are not available @ Barneys NY on line. I wanted to let you know I just received a custom blended eye cream from you the other day. I used it for the first time last night - I know you're not supposed to notice any results this quickly, but I was absolutely amazed at how my skin looked when I applied this!! The fine lines and wrinkles were just smoothed away - I loved it! Usually I wake up in the morning with very dry skin under my eyes, but this morning my skin looked healthy and hydrated. I can't believe it! I can only imagine how my skin will look after using this for 6-8 weeks and the real results become visible.

I'm so happy with this eye cream that I would like to purchase another product from you. I'd like to get a facial cream; however, my skin is combination oily and dry along with the beginning of some fine lines (but these are predominantly around my eyes). I'm 35 years old. I wasn't sure which product would be the best for me: (1) Oil-Dry/Wrinkle Treatment, (2) Anti-Stress Care for Oil-Dry Skin, (3) Custom blending another cream for my face, or (4) purchasing one dry skin cream and one oily skin cream.

What do you suggest? Also, is this a cream that I'd use twice a day or just at night?

I have recently started using Bionova products ... and am delighted at the results.

I purchased the starter kit containing Cleanser, Eye Make Up Remover, Activator and the Mask for Normal/Dry Skin and also purchased the Anti Stress Moisturiser for Normal/Dry Skin.

I have always been lucky enough to have good skin with very few problems but since using Bionova for the last month, I can definitely say my skin has never looked better and I am happy to go to work without make-up now - although it would be lovely if you also produced a foundation...

To update you on my skin condition, since using cleanser, cream activator and cream for acne morning and evening and mask for acne and massage cream weekly for almost three weeks now my skin has greatly improved, although I am still experiencing small breakouts but definitely not as severe as before. Should I continue using acne products for longer before changing to oily skin range?
