Return Policy

BIONOVA offers several product lines with different levels of customization. BIONOVA's commitment is to provide their customers with the best possible product solution. Refund policy depends on product line:
N1-CUSTOM™ (CUSTOM DESIGNED PRODUCTS)
BIONOVA's commitment is to make the best possible product formulated for you based on your responses to our questionnaire (subjective analyses of your skin condition). N1-CUSTOM™ DESIGNED PRODUCTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
If you are not happy with your N1-CUSTOM™ product with a reasonable doubt, BIONOVA will reformulate it.
Please note, that products are eligible for reformulation for up to two (2) weeks from their receipt.
To reformulate your product send your e-mail at info@bionovalab.com and provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Customer number (can be found on the product label)
- Order number (can be found on the product label)
- Detailed description of your experience with our product
Our professionals will contact you personally to help with a product reformulation.
IMPACT™ / BIO-1-ACT™ / BIONOVA SPORT™
If you are not happy with your IMPACT™ / BIO-1-ACT™ / BIONOVA SPORT™ product, BIONOVA will replace it with a product targeted to your skin related problem. If BIONOVA is not able to provide you with the appropriate skin care solution, your product will be refunded.
Please note, that products are eligible for reformulation for up to two (2) weeks from their receipt.
