All BIONOVA products are manufactured in the New York based laboratory.
All orders placed through www.bionovalab.com can be shipped to anywhere in the continental United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
Delivery time depends on shipping options selected by a customer:
- Ground: deferred service with delivery of 1 to 6 business days.
- 2nd Day: air express service with delivery by 5 PM the second business day within primary delivery areas.
- Next Day: air express service with delivery by 3 PM the next business day within primary delivery areas.

For the United Kingdom orders, please visit our European version of the website, www.bionovalab.uk.com.
Delivery of orders placed through www.bionovalab.uk.com require 10 - 12 working days due to the UK Custom Clearance. From US to UK BIONOVA uses DHL Express Service.
Within UK product will be delivered via Royal Mail.
