We ordered whole bunch of products together last month. Honestly, it’s always missing some items. I have used Bionova for almost 20 years as a loyal customer. It is always missing items! and the customer service is honestly very very slow. I waited for almost another month to finally get my missing items and the promised travel kit for cleanser and activator never came.
We love the products but customer service never failed to fail……
